We just placed an order for about 15 people for lunch at work, and everyone picked their own meal. You'd be surprised how often restaurants make mistakes when we do this, but Rosati's got it PERFECT. Online ordering was easy, delivery was so fast, everyone got EXACTLY what they ordered, and of course, it was all delicious! Thank you so much. We are definitely keeping you in our lunchtime rotation!!

Can't really go wrong with Rosati's. Some are better than others but consistency is what makes it good. I was surprised to see this location offered on-line ordering so it was my 1st time using that feature. I liked it. I would go back again. Only downside is they do not offer dine-in seating.

We've been ordering regularly from this location since the 1970's when they began. Tonight after awaiting delivery after an hour, we notice a voicemail stating that we are "too far away" all of a sudden. What a shame. Loyalty only goes so far I suppose...and yes, this was always mentioned while ordering. Moving on!

I live within walking distance of this place so it is super convenient to get take-out here and the prices aren't bad either. The wait time is short and the pizza is good. I usually get the deep dish and although it's isn't as good as my beloved Lou's I still enjoy it. This place sends out coupons all the time and you get new coupons each time your order so use your coupons.

The thin crust and double dough pizza is good if not truly outstanding. Their sides are fair. Where they score high is by providing timely and efficient delivery. The food is always delivered warm to hot. They are rather pricey but do provide coupons.

tried this restaurant again after owner said it wouldn't happen again. ordered 1 family size ceaser salad over $20 for a small size tray. the other location near us buffalo grove has the same item for $13....never going there again! their prices are out of control, the owner is an a**, the girls have no clue and they are cheap on their servings...beware of this place!

This is one of the cleanest, tastiest Rosati's locations I've been to. I recommend the breadsticks and the thin crust is delicious.

My family and I are long-time customers of this Rosati's location. The pizza is among the best you can get in the suburbs, in my opinion. The delivery is usually fairly quick, which isn't surprising considering they've known where we live for a very long time. Plus, we always get coupons with our purchase. I will say that in the past several years, Rosati's locations have been popping up all over the place, and the quality of food and service can differ greatly from one to the other. But I've always found this Rosati's to be a cut above. The pizza is great, the prices are decent, and the delivery is usually fast. What more can you ask for of a pizza joint?

They recently raised their prices. They quoted me just under $30 for a large sausage supreme! I thought they were too expensive to begin with. I cancelled my order and called the Rosatis on 83 near Arlington Heights road. I saved 15-20% and got an exellent pizza.

Food is decent but the customer service is terrible. I placed an order for pick up. I arrived at the designated time only to find out that they never processed the order and thus asked me to wait 10 more minutes. I waited nearly 40 minutes. Then I got home only to find they had not included everything in the order. I called and the best they could offer was $5.00 off a future order. I suggested that I was willing to come back on my own time to retrieve the missing items but would they be willing to throw in a small ....again....small cheese pizza for all the inconvenience. The manager said no..... What happened to good customer service????? Then, I wrote to corporate and expressed my displeasure about the event. No response whatsoever from corporate. Obviously business is good enough that they don't really care about individual clients. I'll take my business and dollars elsewhere.

I've been a fan of Rosatis for a long time. This location is about 5 minutes from my house so it is very convenient. For those that are unfamiliar with it, it's a pick up or delivery restaurant only so don't expect to eat here. I normally use this place for their thin crust pizza, but I've also used them for catering on a couple of occasions. Their thin crust pizza is among my favorites in the area. All of the food that I've tried from their Italian Beef to their pasta is great. I've never had any complaints about their service either. The food is always ready when they say it will be and the staff is great.

Wow, what a disappointment! Co-workers and I ordered delivery from Rosati's today and GROSS! For one thing, the order took over an hour to arrive (of which we were not advised of when placing the order initially) - so fried components of the order were inedible when we got them. French fries and calamari were disposed of. The calzone was OK, but again - due to the length of time for delivery, the cheese had solidified and made a gloppy mess. I ordered Rosati's from a different location last week, and what a difference. Fast delivery, hot food! Who'd have thought!? We will not be ordering from this location again.

Honestly, it is not likely that I will ever give pizza more than 4 stars. So, with that in mind, Rosati's is good pizza, and I wish I had the option to give it 3.5 stars. Their thin crust pizza is quite tasty, not too much cheese, enough topings, but not too many, not too oily, and a nice crust that stays crisp. It's a good alternative to deep dish pizza, which can be quite heavy, and they seem to be pretty quick on the pick up orders.

I usually order lunch at the Arlington Heights location and it is always pretty good. I typically order the Chicken Caesar salad. The grilled Chicken is spiced so nice very tasty. Definately a meal and a half! Today, however, I ordered a Caesar side salad. I expected it to be 1/2 the size of the CHICKEN Caesar salad. Boy was a I surprised! The salad was about 3 oz which came in a tiny little sandwich container. Had a few croutons and some parmesan cheeze on it and came with a full size dressing cup (the same size you get with a full size CHICKEN caesar salad). The thing that bothered me is that I can get a full sized CHICKEN caesar salad for $7.90 but this tiny plain salad cost me $3.15. WTF really? I could have gone to Wendy's and gotten a half salad for the same price and it is 3X bigger then this small side salad. Why do restaurants charge you so much for small portions but regular sized orders give you so much food you have to throw some away? CAN WE NOT MEET IN THE MIDDLE?? Bottom line is their food is really good so I will continue to eat there. I eat at the Antioch location for dinner sometimes and theirs is fabulous too. The Chicken wings, calzones, beef sandwichs and pastas are all really good. Meatballs are to die for...real homemade, and the cheezy beef pizza (or calzone) is wonderful!

Never disappointed! Well, now I'm disappointed. Today 9-1-12 ordered deep dish cheese and was just like rubber. Hot rubber that is. I called to find out if they changed the recipe or under new ownership. The woman claimed they changed nothing. We have been going to this local for nearly 20yrs. It is NOT the same pizza. I was offered a credit or another pizza, but declined as I don't want another bad pizza. Hope they go back to the old recipe.

Absolutely the worst customer service and delivery service ever. They have an amazing ordering process online that appears to fall apart once received at the store. Being unable to read instructions was issue enough however after a call to the store it was quickly apparent that customer satisfaction is not important to this company. Tortorices - we'll be back soon - Rosati's - good luck staying afloat.

Rosati's is everywhere, yet it isn't considered one of the "big three" so people don't usually have it in their mind as a choice for pizza. I was in this trap until yesterday, which was my second time getting Rosati's. I must say, the first time I had Rosati's was from another location and I got a few thin crusts, which I was not impressed with...not that it was bad. Last night I got a deep dish and now I put Rosati's ahead of Giordano's when it comes to anything besides thin crust pizza. It doesn't have the thickness of Giordano's, or the patty style sausage like Lou's or Gino's. But damn is it delicious! They spice it up nicely and makes Giordano's look bland. Rosati's also has other Italian specialties, I think more so than most of the Chicago pizza chains. I cannot wait to taste some of their other items with these spices, though I will say I tried some of their alfredo and wasn't impressed (yet it was cheaper than a lot of other places charge). Overall, I am now converted. Lou's is still my 1st choice for pizza, but Rosati's is a great alternative. *Please note that this is a carryout/delivery location only and hidden in a strip mall around the corner from the 7-11 (Brook Run Plaza?) only visible from Buffalo Grove Rd.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
